Microsoft 365 admin center: Data Quality Report for Profile Data

Microsoft 365 Organizational Data Services is introducing a new data quality report that helps administrators assess the coverage and health of people data used across Microsoft 365 experiences. High-quality people data enables users to more effectively discover and learn about colleagues through experiences such as the People Card, Org Explorer, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft 365 Cowork. The new report provides organizational data administrators, People Administrators, and AI Administrators with visibility into the completeness and quality of people attributes available in Microsoft 365. Administrators can use these insights to identify data gaps, improve attribute coverage, and help ensure users and AI-powered experiences have access to accurate organizational information. Key benefits: – Monitor the health and completeness of people profile attributes across the organization. – Identify missing or incomplete organizational data that may impact user and AI experiences. – Improve discoverability and organizational understanding in People Card and Org Explorer. – Help increase the effectiveness of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Cowork by improving the quality of underlying people data. This feature is available to Organizational Data Administrators, People Administrators, and AI Administrators through Microsoft 365 Organizational Data Services.
