Dynamics 365 Contact Center – Evaluation Retry Capability

We are announcing the ability to enhance troubleshooting with improved error messaging and evaluation retries in the Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This feature will reach general availability on July 24, 2026. How does this affect me? This feature will provide defined, actionable details for errors/failures by: Displaying intuitive and actionable error messaging to support troubleshooting when needed and provide clear next steps. Providing the ability for supervisors to retry failed evaluations directly from the evaluation grid view. What action do I need to take? This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
