Re: Edit your Power BI projects anywhere and reload them instantly in Power BI Desktop (Preview)
The prerequisites are:
- Power BI Desktop (August release or later)
- The PBIP preview feature enabled
- A .pbip or .pbir file opened in Desktop
Note that the changes must be saved in the external tool before Power BI Desktop can detect them and display the notification banner.
Could you give that a try and let me know if the issue still occurs? If it does, it would be helpful if you could share the exact steps you're following.
