Microsoft Teams: Facilitator can join channel meetings

Microsoft Teams will allow adding Facilitator to channel meetings to take notes, manage agendas, answer questions, and handle tasks. Rollout starts mid-September 2026, completing by mid-October 2026. No action or compliance changes are required for organizations with Facilitator enabled. We’re expanding Facilitator support in Microsoft Teams channel meetings.
