Network Analytics Updates in Viva Engage
Viva Engage Premium now offers Organizational Data Filters to analyze Network Analytics by employee attributes. New metrics—Enabled and Activated users—enhance engagement insights. Network-wide data can be exported via CSV. Admins can manage filters using Entra ID or CSV uploads. Rollout begins late July 2025. Each filter category shows the top 200 values based on enabled users, with counts shown in the dropdown. Values with fewer than 10 users or outside the top 200 are grouped under “Other.” Admins can manage this feature in the Viva Engage Admin Dashboard under Analytics and AI. New metrics: Enabled users: Users with Viva Engage enabled as a service (premium or seeded). Activated users: Subset of Enabled users who performed at least one action in the past 18 months. These metrics, along with People reached, People engaged, and People posted, provide a complete view on engagement. In addition, network-wide data can be exported via a CSV.
