Microsoft Lists: Schedule turning on and off responses to forms
Microsoft's latest offering, Lists, now allows form owners and collaborators to schedule the start and stop times to accept responses. This feature enables form activation during a designated period and automatically stops accepting responses once the pre-scheduled end-time is met. This control over form response timing enhances the list form's usability and ensures a more efficient work process for those who utilize it.
The product is set to be released in the General Availability phase in September CY2024 and will be available on the Web Cloud Instance worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC High, DoD, and GCC. With this functionality, Microsoft has added a layer of convenience and control to Lists that is sure to be warmly received by users.
