Viva Goals: Increased Functionality and Terminology Change of Team Field
Viva Goals is set to introduce some changes in its functionality and terminology in the team field. The “type” field will now be changed to “teams” for creating and filtering OKRs. The updated field will expand its functionality to allow for faster search capability while assigning a team to an OKR. New OKRs created from the My OKRs page will be set to unassigned by default while OKRs created from a specific team or organization page will retain their current default values. OKRs can continue to be created at an individual, team, or organization level.
The update is expected to roll out beginning late February and continue until early March. The changes will not affect the ability to create OKRs at different levels. Any relevant training documentation may be updated as necessary. The announcement is communicated in Message ID: MC520318.
