Microsoft Viva Learning: AI Skills Navigator content available in Learning Agent

Microsoft Viva Learning integrates AI Skills Navigator content into Learning Agent, enabling users to find curated AI and Copilot training via natural language queries. Available worldwide from mid-August 2026, it offers courses, videos, and credentials by default, requiring no action but recommending admin awareness. Microsoft is bringing content from AI Skills Navigator into Learning Agent. This update enables users to discover curated AI learning resources through natural language conversations without needing to search separate learning catalogs. Users can ask Learning Agent what they want to learn and receive recommendations that may include Microsoft Learn courses, videos, AI-guided skilling sessions, credentials, and content from their organization’s learning catalog. This helps learners find relevant AI and Copilot training resources directly within their flow of work and provides a single place to discover AI and Copilot learning content relevant to their goals and roles. Users can explore content from AI Skills Navigator through Learning Agent with prompts such as: What videos should I watch to learn more about prompt engineering?
