Microsoft Viva: Admins and delegates in Viva Engage con close conversations on behalf of others
Microsoft Viva now allows admins and delegates in Viva Engage to close conversations on behalf of others. However, delegates are only authorized to close conversations on behalf of the person they are representing. This new feature was made available on the web cloud instance as part of the General Availability release in April CY2024.
