New experiences for Copilot management in Microsoft 365 admin center

The Microsoft 365 Admin Center will feature a redesigned Copilot landing page with success metrics, actionable insights, a Security pivot for Purview, and a Usage pivot. Rollout starts mid-November 2025 for targeted release and late January 2026 for general availability, requiring no extra setup. Introduction The newly refreshed landing page for Copilot in the MAC (Microsoft 365 Admin Center) allows you to get an at-a-glance view of the Copilot journey across Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. We have added Success metrics for each pillar and new metrics like Chat active users, Assisted hours for licensed users, and Satisfaction rate. Each pillar also has multi-signal actionable, personalized insights to unblock and accelerate adoption leveraging data from configuration, readiness, security, usage, adoption, and engagement.
