Copilot Analytics Labs is a self-service hub launching worldwide in August 2026, offering templates, code, prompts, and guidance to help analytics leaders and teams measure Copilot adoption, usage, impact, and ROI. It requires no admin changes and supports Copilot Analytics and Viva Insights users. What and Why: Copilot Analytics Labs is a new self-service hub designed to help organizations accelerate Copilot and agent analytics. The hub provides ready-to-use templates, sample code, prompts, research, and guidance to help analytics leaders, program managers, and data scientists measure adoption, usage, business impact, and return on investment (ROI) for AI initiatives. Learn more at Copilot Analytics Labs. Rollout Schedule: General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout begins in early August 2026. Expected completion: Mid-August 2026. Impact on Your Organization: Who is affected: Analytics leaders, Copilot adoption managers, program managers, data scientists, and teams responsible for measuring Copilot adoption and business impact. Platforms and services: Copilot Analytics and Viva Insights. Copilot Analytics Labs provides experimental, ready-made resources that organizations can adapt to their analytics and reporting needs. Resources are organized into three areas: Build: Access templates, sample code, prompts, and analytics assets for Python, R, and Power BI that teams can connect to organizational data. Initial resources include: All-in-One Dashboard for measuring adoption, usage, impact, and ROI. Cowork Value Estimator. Learn: Explore playbooks, research, demonstrations, and guidance based on customer deployments and analytics scenarios. Explore: Preview newly released resources and upcoming additions to Copilot Analytics Labs. Copilot Analytics Labs is an experimental, self-service resource hub. This release does not change existing Copilot Analytics or Viva Insights features and experiences. It does not require administrative configuration or deployment changes. Users can access Copilot Analytics Labs from the Resources section. Action Required/Recommendations: No action is required.
