PowerPoint for Windows: Create a presentation with Copilot directly from PowerPoint Home

PowerPoint for Windows will enable users with a Copilot license to create presentations directly from PowerPoint Home in the File menu, starting late May 2026. The feature is enabled by default, requires no admin changes, and helps users quickly draft presentations using Copilot. Introduction We’re improving how users get started with Copilot in PowerPoint for Windows by enabling presentation creation powered by Copilot directly from PowerPoint Home in the File menu. This update reduces friction at the start of the workflow, helping users move from idea to first draft faster without needing to open a new file.
