Microsoft Viva Pulse: New Delegation feature

Coming soon to Microsoft Viva Pulse: A new Delegation feature. Users in your tenant will be able to assign other users as delegates to create and send pulses on their behalf. A delegator can have a maximum of 5 delegates. A user can only be a delegate of one individual. This message applies to Viva Pulse in Windows desktop and Viva Pulse in Mac desktop. To use this feature, users must have a license for Viva or Microsoft 365 Copilot. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 479753. When this will happen: General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out late April 2025 and expect to complete by late May 2025. How this will affect your organization: Delegation will on by default. Delegates will be able to: Create pulses View past pulse reports Send pulses Resend pulses Schedule pulses Delegates cannot view or respond to 1:1 conversations. What you need to do to prepare: This rollout will happen automatically by the specified dates with no admin action required before the rollout. Review your current configuration to assess the impact on your organization. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation.
