Microsoft Copilot Studio – Org-Wide Sharing Control for Agents Built in Copilot Studio lite
We are announcing the ability to manage the Org-Wide Sharing Control for agents built in Copilot Studio lite in Microsoft Copilot Studio. This feature will reach general availability on October 23, 2025. How does this affect me? This feature introduces a new Microsoft 365 Admin Center control that allows tenant admins to restrict which makers can share declarative agent links with their entire organization from Copilot Studio Lite. Admins can set org-wide sharing permissions to: All users (default) No users Define an allow-list of specific users and/or groups Anyone in your organization What action do I need to take?
