Power Automate – Use certificate-based authentication in desktop flow connections

We are releasing the use certificate-based authentication in desktop flow connections feature for Power Automate. This feature enhances security by allowing the use of certificates stored in Azure Key Vault for connecting to Windows sessions on desktop flow machines. Certificate-based authentication credentials can meet Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) requirements. This feature will reach general availability on March 31, 2025. How does this affect me? Credentials in Power Automate now support certificate-based authentication (CBA). The experience mirrors that of using passwords stored in Azure Key Vault. What do I need to do to prepare? This message is for awareness and no action is required. If you would like more information, please visit How does this affect me?What do I need to do to prepare?configure certificate-based authentication (preview). Message ID: MC1020988
