Microsoft 365: One-time cleanup of aged pending requests in All Agents

We’re performing a one-time cleanup of aged pending requests in the All Agents request management experience. This cleanup is intended to remove stale requests that have remained pending for an extended period and help maintain a more current and manageable request queue. Beginning August 20, 2026, pending requests created before June 1, 2026 will be permanently removed unless they are reviewed and actioned before the cleanup begins. Requests that have already been approved or rejected are not affected. Rollout schedule Worldwide: Beginning August 20, 2026 and expected to complete in late August 2026 Impact on your organization Who is affected Administrators responsible for reviewing and managing requests in All Agents Platforms and services Microsoft 365 All Agents What will happen Pending requests dated before June 1, 2026 will be removed as part of this one-time cleanup. Requests that have already been approved or rejected will remain unchanged. Pending requests created on or after June 1, 2026 are not affected. This is a one-time cleanup activity. No recurring deletion process is being introduced. Action required and recommendations Review any pending requests created before June 1, 2026 and determine whether they should be retained. Before August 20, 2026: Go to All Agents > Requests. Review pending requests created before June 1, 2026. Approve or reject any requests you want to preserve. Requests that are approved or rejected before the cleanup begins will not be removed. Requests that remain pending when the cleanup begins will be permanently removed.
