Triage your Outlook mobile inbox hands-free with Microsoft 365 Copilot voice catch-up
Microsoft 365 Copilot introduces a hands-free, conversational Voice catch-up feature in Outlook mobile to summarize unread emails and perform actions like flagging, archiving, or drafting replies. Rolling out from November 2025, it enhances accessibility and productivity without admin setup, requiring a Copilot license. Stay on top of your inbox with the new Microsoft 365 Copilot voice experience in the Outlook mobile app—simply open Copilot, tap Voice catch-up, and manage your messages through a natural, conversational flow.
