Triage your Outlook mobile inbox hands-free with Microsoft 365 Copilot voice catch-up

Microsoft 365 Copilot introduces a hands-free, conversational Voice catch-up feature in Outlook mobile to summarize unread emails and perform actions like flagging, archiving, or drafting replies. Rolling out from November 2025, it enhances accessibility and productivity without admin setup, requiring a Copilot license. Stay on top of your inbox with the new Microsoft 365 Copilot voice experience in the Outlook mobile app—simply open Copilot, tap Voice catch-up, and manage your messages through a natural, conversational flow. Copilot starts by summarizing your most recent unread emails and then offers you actions like flagging, pinning, archiving, deleting, or drafting a reply that you can choose to take—all without the hassle of navigating your inbox by hand. You can interrupt or redirect Copilot at any point in the conversation: Ask Copilot follow-up questions on a specific topic Read an email thread from start to finish or provide a more detailed summary Take a triage action for a specific email – flagging, pinning, archiving, or deleting Draft a reply to an email or email thread, which Copilot will save to your drafts folder The end result: A new way to manage your Outlook mobile inbox that is conversational, hands-free, and convenient for working on-the-go, and more accessible than ever. When this will happen: Public Preview (Worldwide): Rollout begins in mid-November 2025 and completes by early February. General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout begins in early February 2026. How this affects your organization: Who is affected: All users of the Outlook mobile app on iOS and Android with Microsoft 365 Copilot enabled. A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required to use this feature. What will happen: Users will see a new Voice catch-up option in the Copilot interface within Outlook mobile.
