Microsoft Stream (on SharePoint): Create, View and Share Playlists

With Microsoft's new feature, users can now create, organize, and share their video and audio files with ease through playlists. This functionality will be rolled out to Microsoft 365 subscribers in late January 2023 and is expected to complete by late February. With the feature in place, adding videos and audio files to playlists is made simple from OneDrive or SharePoint, and playlists can be built via Microsoft Lists. Sharing playlists is also made easy with Stream playlists being accessible from stream.office.com or the Microsoft Lists home page. With Microsoft's intuitive design, users can jump back and forth within the playlist seamlessly.

To prepare, businesses do not need to take any action, though updating training documents may be necessary. This feature will greatly improve video and audio file organization, making it easier than ever for employees to find, share, and consume a range of media types across the Microsoft 365 platform.
