POWER PLATFORM RECOVER DELETED ENVIRONMENTS

POWER PLATFORM RECOVER DELETED ENVIRONMENTS

If you accidentally deleted an environment and want to recover it, this tutorial provides a step-by-step guide to help you recover a deleted environment from the Power Platform admin center. You have a seven-day window to recover a deleted environment, and this guide can help you retrieve it before it's permanently lost.

Steps to recover a deleted environment from the admin center:

  1. Open the Power Platform admin center and go to Environments
  2. Click the Recover deleted environments button.
  3. In the new page, you will see all the environments that were deleted within the last 7 days.
  4. Select an environment to recover and click Recover.
  5. Confirm the recovery by clicking Continue and then OK.
  6. After some time, you will be able to see the environment again under the Environments page.

In addition, the tutorial provides bonus tips such as using a PowerShell cmdlet to recover a deleted environment and notable information about the status of the environment during the deletion or recovery process, and how the system notifies users of the possibility of environment recovery within seven days of deletion.

By following the steps outlined in this tutorial, you can recover your deleted environment and resume working with your Power Platform resources with no loss of data.
