Windows 10 has reached end of support

Today, October 14, 2025, Windows 10 has reached end of support*. The October 2025 monthly security update is the final update available for the last supported versions: Windows 10, version 22H2 (Home, Pro, Enterprise, Education, and IoT Enterprise editions), Windows 10 2015 LTSB, and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSB 2015. Devices running these versions will no longer receive monthly security and preview updates containing protections from the latest security threats. *Note: Long-Term Servicing Branch (LTSB) and Long-Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) releases are subject to different lifecycle support policies. After today, no further security updates, bug fixes, or technical support will be provided. Devices running these unsupported versions may become vulnerable to security threats, compliance risks, and increased exposure to cyberattacks. Organizations relying on Windows 10 should plan for migration to Windows 11. Organizations with devices running Windows 10, version 22H2 have the option to enroll in the Extended Security Updates (ESU) program to maintain security coverage. Upgrade eligible devices to Windows 11 using solutions like Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopatch, or Windows Autopilot. Enroll eligible devices in the Windows 10 ESU program, if they cannot be upgraded, to continue receiving critical security updates.
