Power Platform admin center – Power Platform inventory is now available in Public Preview
The Power Platform admin center now offers tenant admins a comprehensive, unified view of all key resources across their organization via Power Platform inventory. This functionality will be made available starting October 30, 2025, and will be available worldwide on November 14, 2025. The resource types available in Power Platform inventory includes: Agents: All agents created in Copilot Studio. Apps: All apps created in Power Apps, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, code apps, and all apps created in the new Microsoft 365 App Builder. How does this affect me? The new views are available on the Inventory page under the Manage section of the Power Platform admin center. On this page, admins can view and manage all resources for Power Apps and Copilot Studio in a single place (resource-specific views will also be available). Power Platform inventory reflects changes (create, update, delete) within 15 minutes. Power Platform inventory data is also available programmatically, for example in the Power Platform API. For more information, please visit Power Platform inventory (preview). What do I need to do to prepare? This message is for awareness, and no action is required. Message ID: MC1181719
