Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365): Scope shared or delegated mailbox access for emails in Business Chat
Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a new feature that allows for the scoping of shared or delegated mailbox access for emails in Business Chat. Specifically, Copilot can be used to query emails within these mailboxes, making it easier for users to find relevant information. The product was released in January CY2025 as part of the General Availability phase and is available on the Developer Cloud Instance Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant).
If you're looking to streamline your mailbox access and improve efficiency, Copilot is definitely something to consider. By scoping access and automating queries, Copilot helps ensure that users can easily find the information they need, when they need it.
