Introducing View-Only Mode in Viva Engage for Improved Content Access | Microsoft Viva
Microsoft Viva's Engage feature now allows admins to switch users to view only mode. This gives users access to the content in Engage, but they are restricted from commenting, creating new posts or reacting. The platform is available on iOS and the cloud across the world. The preview release is scheduled for May CY2024 while the release phase is set for June CY2024. Microsoft Viva is constantly being upgraded and this newly added feature is part of the company's roadmap ID 395690.
