Reminder Emails for Webinars

To ensure maximum attendance at your upcoming webinar, timely and automated reminder emails can be your best friend. You can customize the header and details of these reminders which are sent at a configured time and date ahead of the event, so that every confirmed registrant is reminded and excited to attend. This feature is rolling out with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 122505 standard release and would be available to tenants in mid-April. From then on, reminder emails will be delivered to all confirmed registrants an hour before every webinar, with no need for admin policy. E* users will receive this feature in March, and event organizers for Teams Premium License Holders will be able to configure the time of the reminders from May onwards, as well as customize the content of the emails sent out. It's a win-win for everyone involved - no action is needed, as the feature is automatically included for every Teams webinar.
