Thanks for you detailed explanation.  While part of my problem is to get additional costs through budget, in financially constrained times, the main issue I am trying to avoid is shadow use of additional add on data warehouses etc. within Fabric. Our business is already well set up in this regard outside of Fabric.  Is it possible to restrict access to additional Fabric features where use of which don't fit within our business/systems architecture rules?
