We are announcing the ability to set a timer to wrap up conversations in seconds within Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This feature will reach general availability on August 30, 2025. How does this affect me? The wrap-up timer can now be configured in seconds—giving contact centers precise control over post-conversation workflows. The key benefits of this feature include: Tailoring wrap-up durations to business needs Improving agent efficiency and reducing idle time Supporting cost-effective capacity management What action do I need to take?
