Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys – Prevent duplicate emails to shared email addresses

We are announcing the ability to prevent duplicate emails to shared email addresses in Dynamics 365 Commerce. This feature will reach general availability on September 24, 2025. How does this affect me? This feature enables email deduplication, ensuring that even if your data has multiple contacts with the same email address, your message will only be sent once to your customers. Admins can enable or disable email deduplication for real-time segment-based journeys, and review duplicated email addresses in journey analytics. What action do I need to take?
