Microsoft Teams: Automatic recording and transcription choices align with admin policies
Meeting organizers will only see automatic recording and transcription choices in Meeting Options that are allowed by their organization’s existing meeting policies. A new Record only choice lets organizers automatically start recording without starting transcription. Depending on the organizer’s policies, available choices can include Record and transcribe, Transcribe only, Record only, and Off. When both recording and transcription are disabled by policy, the automatic setting is not shown.
