Dynamics 365 Project Operations – Use the simplified Approvals page

We are announcing the ability to use the simplified Approvals page in Dynamics 365 Project Operations. This feature will reach general availability on March 31, 2026. How does this affect me? This feature updates the UI experience for approvals in Project Operations. The update shows approvals in a calendar grid, like the time entry creation grid.
