Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales: Use Sales agent in Outlook mobile
As you visit customer locations and attend meetings on the go, you need to prepare quickly. Sales agent in Outlook mobile provides you with all the necessary information about your customers, opportunities, and risks you need to be aware of before meeting them. Sales agent is available in the Outlook mobile app through the Copilot entry point if you have access to Sales agent and CRM. Through the chat interface, you can ask questions in natural language and get responses based on live CRM data, including accounts, opportunities, and recent activity. The agent also reads your Outlook calendar to help you prepare for upcoming meetings. It brings together company overviews, communication highlights, CRM insights, and suggested talking points—all in one place. With CRM intelligence embedded directly in Outlook, you stay informed, prepared, and confident without switching apps. Learn More
