Windows 365: Resize is enabled for Windows 365 Frontline Cloud PCs

When changing the Cloud PC size on a specific assignment within the provisioning policy for W365 Frontline, all of the Cloud PCs in that assignment will be resized to the newly selected Cloud PC size.
