Announcing the New Look of Office for the Web

Announcing the New Look of Office for the Web

The New Look of Office for the Web is finally here and it promises to provide users with a clean and modern appearance in order to help improve focus. Although the visuals have been updated, the location of commands and icons have not moved from their original position. Therefore, there should be no changes to functionality or the way users interact with the application.

Rollout is expected to begin in mid-November and to be completed by mid-December for targeted release. Standard release is expected to begin in mid-December and to be completed by late February. Users should note that although nothing has moved, changes can be noticeable and they might have questions. Nevertheless, no action is required from users at this time, and organizations are advised to update training materials as necessary.
