New customer onboarding for Google and Microsoft Teams calendar sync paused

Microsoft has paused new customer onboarding for calendar sync between Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams effective immediately. Existing setups continue to work, but new sync configurations cannot be initiated by organizations inactive in setup for 30 days. No action is currently required. Introduction Microsoft has paused new customer onboarding for calendar sync between Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams. We will update this message and our help documentation when we have more information. When this will happen: Effective immediately. How this affects your organization: Who is affected: Organizations that have not yet completed calendar sync setup between Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams. What will happen: Existing calendar sync setups will continue to function and be supported. Organizations that have not interacted with the sync setup in the last 30 days will be unable to initiate new sync configurations. New onboarding for calendar sync is paused until further notice. What you can do to prepare: No action is required at this time.
