We are announcing the ability to configure admin settings for meeting AI insights sharing governance in Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales. This feature will reach general availability on April 30, 2026. How does this affect me? This feature enables you to control how meeting insights are used across Sales agent through access management, so you can protect sensitive data while still enabling sellers to benefit from AI-powered insights. This helps to reduce risk and maintain trust without slowing sales workflows. What action do I need to take? This message is for awareness, and no action is required. Message ID: MC1265735
