Introducing Threat Explorer V3 by Microsoft Defender for Office 365

Microsoft Defender for Office 365 is now introducing the latest version of Threat Explorer- Version 3. This tool has been an integral part of security operations for exploring email data and taking remedial actions on threats. The latest version has enhanced the filtering, navigation and data visualization experiences, making security operations more efficient. With this update, users will have an easier and more rich filtering experience, thus minimizing complexities in applying multiple filter conditions. The filter functionality is improved with four new filtering conditions, such as Equals any of, Equals none of, Contains any of, and Contains none of. These conditions are available based on the filter type. The rollout for the latest version of Threat Explorer is expected to begin in November and be completed by early December. If you’re currently using Microsoft Defender for Office 365, you will automatically receive the update, and there is nothing you need to do to prepare. For more details, visit the Microsoft page.
