We are announcing the availability of the Understand outcomes of proactive engagements feature in Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This feature will reach general availability on October 31, 2025. How does this affect me? Predefined actions for scenarios where the calling party is unreachable or busy during proactive engagement campaigns can be set up to ensure more effective customer outreach, improve the chances of successful contact, and maximize campaign value.
