Microsoft Teams Phone will soon support Copilot-generated summaries for call transfers on Android devices, available mid-May 2025. This feature requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license and transcription enabled in calling policies. Ensure your Teams phone devices are updated to access these new features. This feature is designed to streamline call transfers by providing agents receiving transferred calls with a Copilot summary of the call. This summary includes key details such as caller information, call reason, prior actions, and next steps. It supports Consult and Blind transfers to help ensure effective communication and improve efficiency. A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required to use this feature.
