Microsoft Purview will introduce a new Service health dashboard in its compliance portal by mid-October 2025, enabling administrators to monitor real-time service health for Purview, Microsoft 365, and Azure services, and submit issues directly. The feature is enabled by default and requires no preparation. Introduction We’re introducing a new Service health dashboard in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal. This feature provides a detailed view of service health for Microsoft Purview and the Microsoft 365 services and Azure Cloud Services that affect Purview—helping administrators monitor outages, advisories, and service issues without switching portals.
