Microsoft Viva: Display connected topics on people profile cards, now available WW

Microsoft has announced a new update to their Viva Topics feature which will allow users to view connected topics on people profile cards. This feature will help individuals learn more about topics that others in their organization specialize in. The information will be available when someone selects a person's name or picture in Outlook or other Office web apps. The integration of Viva Topics will ensure that this information is up-to-date and relevant to each person's profile. This update will be available for users with Viva Topics or Viva Suite license and will be rolled out globally between early April and late April.

As a result, organizations may want to update their training and documentation as appropriate. This new capability will be available in profile cards for OWA and SharePoint web parts. Microsoft continues to improve their suite of tools to help organizations increase productivity and collaboration in their settings.
