SharePoint: SharePoint Premium content AI Graph API in Beta (formerly known as Syntex)

In an effort to enhance the functionality of SharePoint Premium content AI capabilities (formerly known as Syntex models), Microsoft is releasing new Graph APIs which are now available in beta. These APIs will allow developers to build applications that can perform a variety of tasks related to Syntex models, including getting a model by name or ID, applying a model to document libraries, unapplying a model from document libraries, creating document processing jobs, and retrieving processing job details. This update was released in June 2025 with a preview release date set for May 2024, and is available on the web and cloud platforms with a worldwide multi-tenant instance. By leveraging this beta Graph APIs for SharePoint Premium content AI capabilities, developers will be able to take advantage of the full power of Syntex models, offering greater efficiency and productivity for SharePoint users.
