TURNING OFF SEND ERROR REPORT IN DYNAMICS 365
When using Dynamics 365, users may encounter errors in the product which prompts them to send error reports to Microsoft. Error reports contain data that can help Microsoft fix problems and improve their products and services. However, if you prefer not to send error reports, you can easily turn off this feature.
To do so, follow these simple steps:
- Open the Power Platform admin center and select the specific environment you want to modify.
- In the Settings page, under Product settings, click "Privacy + Security."
- In the Privacy Preferences page, under the Default action to take when an error occurs section, select "Never send an error report to Microsoft."
- Click Save to apply your changes.
By following these steps, you can disable the feature of sending error reports and maintain your privacy preferences.
