Microsoft Teams: Click-to-Chat with Teams App Publishers
Microsoft Teams Admin Center has introduced a new feature which allows users to open a private Teams chat with a third-party app publisher to get quick answers to questions related to pricing, compliance or other topics associated with the deployment and/or purchase of the app. This feature aims to simplify the process of interacting with app publishers and getting necessary information, making it more efficient and convenient than traditional methods. The feature is available for general availability on the web and cloud platforms, with a release date set for November CY2023. The platform is available across various instances, including GCC High, Worldwide, GCC and DoD.
For those looking to utilize this feature, it comes equipped with Roadmap ID 182034 and can be accessed through the Microsoft 365 Roadmap.
