Microsoft Teams: New App Sharing Experience
Microsoft Teams is releasing a new app sharing feature that simplifies the process of sharing apps. This new feature allows users to share apps directly from the app details dialog to a chat, group chat, or channel. By eliminating the need to copy and paste app links across different locations on Teams, collaboration is enhanced, and communication streamlined within the organization.
This update is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 122536, and rollout has begun with an expected completion date of late June. No action is required from users to prepare for this feature as it will be enabled automatically. However, it may be helpful to notify users of this update.
