Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Adding last used dates to Tenant Allow/Block Lists

Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Adding last used dates to Tenant Allow/Block Lists

Microsoft Defender for Office 365 will be receiving an update that adds a "last used date" to Tenant Allow/Block List entries for URLs, files, domains, and email addresses. The feature is expected to roll out by late April 2024 and will provide insights into usage patterns of entries, enabling admins to make informed decisions about their necessity. The last used date and timestamp will be updated in real-time and can be accessed with PowerShell cmdlets. This rollout will not affect existing Tenant Allow/Block List entries, and no admin action is required. This update will help with managing the necessity of URLs, files, domains, and email addresses.
