Viva Connections Toolbox displaying store apps

The Viva Connections Toolbox has introduced a new channel to facilitate adding Viva Connections Cards from Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to an organization's dashboard. The new toolbox is available under "Edit" mode for Viva Connections Dashboard and can be accessed by Editors, Site-owners, and Admins who can edit the Dashboard. This update aims at providing better entry points for users to discover and add ISV Cards that were previously not included in the "Add an app" section under Settings and Dashboard Edit Page. The "Suggested Cards" section in the new toolbox displays a list of 5 Viva Connections Apps available for users to add to their Viva Connection Dashboard Site. The change is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 100249, and it will roll out to production in early January 2023, with a complete rollout expected by the end of the same month.

If you're an Editor, Site-owner or Admin, you can click on a suggested card or the "Add more cards" link to browse and select more Viva Connections Cards from the SharePoint Store homepage.

This update will be beneficial for ISVs acquisition and will allow for a more efficient means of adding and discovering Viva Connections Cards.
