Manage Do Not Disturb in Teams When Screen Sharing | M365 Admin

Microsoft Teams Phone Mobile users can now enjoy an enhanced experience while presenting or screen sharing without having to worry about their presence status. With the newly introduced setting, users can opt-out of their status transitioning to Do Not Disturb automatically. This means they can continue to receive call notifications even when presenting and without the need to manually adjust their presence status. This feature promises to streamline the user experience and allow for increased productivity. The update was released on the General Availability Release phase in June CY2024 for platforms Mac Cloud Instance GCC and Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant). For more information on this feature, check out the Roadmap Link provided in the post.
