WebResourceBase is now in File instead of DB - Notice the capacity in Admin portal
Did you get some free space in your Tenant capacity, especially in DB usage over the weekend - there is some blessings from Microsoft by moving it.
It was one of the repeatedly discussed topic and concern since a huge chunk of space is occupied by WebResourceBase in DB capacity and MS moved that to File storage capacity & this freed up DB usage.
Check your tenant by going to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/
