Microsoft 365 Defender: Update to User Page

Microsoft Defender for Identity has been integrated into Microsoft’s extended detection and response (XDR) platform, Microsoft 365 Defender, over the past few months. In order to enhance the identity experience further, the User page for Microsoft 365 Defender is being updated to standardize the look and feel to align with the other entity pages available in Microsoft 365 Defender. The changes will be launched in preview in early October and the rollout will begin in late October, expected to be completed by early November. These aesthetic changes are pre-requisites for upcoming functionality, scheduled to launch later in the year. Security analysts who use the User page regularly may notice some slight changes, but there is no action required from users to enable these changes.
