SharePoint: Out-of-the-box document library templates
This post discusses the new feature coming to SharePoint that allows for the creation of document libraries using out-of-the-box templates. With these templates, creating document libraries will become much faster and easier with pre-loaded relevant content, structure, metadata, and content types. This feature aims to save time and promote consistency in content management across organizations. The rollout of this feature is set for October CY2023 and will be available on the web/cloud platform and across multiple instances.
