{Do you know} Use monthly channel for features in Customer Service apps
In this post, Malla Reddy Gurram, also known as UK365GUY, shares his thoughts on the use of monthly channels for features in Customer Service apps. He highlights that Microsoft is changing the customer service apps to use the monthly channel instead of the semiannual channel. This will allow features to ship faster every month instead of waiting for twice-yearly releases. However, customers who wish to use semiannual release mode can manually change to auto or semi-annual. Any existing Dynamics 365 custom apps need to be explicitly changed. Gurram advises that the release channel will change from Auto to the Monthly channel with the 2024 release wave 2.
